Can my swollen (non tender) lymph node in my neck and white coating on my tongue be related ? - swollen lymph nodes yeast
Since I am a course of antibiotics in the last month I had an enlarged lymph nodes (without tender) in the neck. My body was on the lookout for signs of infection, and I noticed that my tongue is a little soft and white. Can someone who knows (ie - a medical student or a nurse or someone with personal experience) give me a proposal to determine whether there is a possibility they are related? Please do not just say, "see a doctor:" I have a doctor appointment on Tuesday, I'll only be able to give the doctor as much information as possible. PS-I have a yeast infection with antibiotics have now been made available.

It seems that) you even a fungal infection in the mouth (thrush. And that is the node can do to swell. Any infection can. As a rule, the glands are susceptible to infection or pain. But I reactive nodes that does not suffer at all. And I know that you are only reactive to an infection or other foreign objects in the node is trying to fight. The next time your on antibiotics, yogurt is a good idea. Even with antibiotics, yogurt per day, and you do not get yeast infections at any time.
Sounds like a possibility, candidiasis is a fungal infection in the mouth, including common antibiotics. It could be that the infection before antibiotics are still in their system because they were prescribed antibiotics are not able to kill bacteria. Hope this helps a little!

If this sounds like a yeast infection in my mouth and I am sure his doctor will be on Monday able to help you there! One thing to try next time put on antibiotics, is to eat one or two servings of yogurt (with live cultures and values, and probiotics) all day while you are in medicine and to keep a few days later. This helps your body stay in balance a little easier and reduces the risk everywhere at another yeast infection. Good luck and I hope it will clarify the infection back! :)
