Floor Workouts When I Do Ab Workouts On The Floor...?

When i do ab workouts on the floor...? - floor workouts

I feel a little pain in the lower back.It makes it much harder for me abs.So that receives get used to it finally done? Or I should do something about this problem? What you are saying.

You can use a rolled towel under your lower back, use or perhaps an exercise ball is better.

The pain is a warning sign ever. I would have it that way and try a different route. Research has shown that the ball is better for your back and much more effective for the abdominal muscles.

Try to put an exercise ball abdominal ur feet against a wall and hide the ball and sit-ups. Also take Advil before training to go to a heating pad on. This is the discomfort you have. Unlike the pain is normal.
